'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started with a vision to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Florence. The Romano clan established our small pizzeria in 1985, where family traditions in pizza-making were passed down for generations.
The founder of 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria', hailing from her explorations in Italy where she studied the pizza craft with Naples' expert pizzaiolos, came back to the UK committed to producing the genuine taste of Italian pizza using old-fashioned techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Our humble pizzeria with just 12 seats has expanded into a cherished pillar of the community, yet our promise to maintain quality and genuineness stands firm. We continue to employ traditional wood-burning ovens, produce our dough on the daily, and procure the best ingredients available.
Currently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the founding family, with the Romano descendants at the helm of our dedicated crew. While we have embraced certain modern techniques, our core mission persists: providing delectable, honest pizza that gathers folks together.
